이용약관
1. 목적과 적용
이 약관은 Moontoo(이하 "운영자")가 운영하는 웹 서비스(Moontoo Play, Voca, Timelines 및 www.moontoo.org)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 계정
여러 서비스는 하나의 Moontoo 계정으로 로그인할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 정확한 정보를 사용하고 계정과 비밀번호를 스스로 관리해야 하며, 계정 도용을 알게 되면 즉시 운영자에게 알려야 합니다.
3. 서비스 제공과 변경
운영자는 서비스의 내용을 추가, 변경, 중단할 수 있습니다. 점검이나 장애로 서비스가 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 일부 서비스는 베타 상태일 수 있습니다.
4. 이용자의 준수 사항
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 법령 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위
- 서비스나 서버에 과도한 부하를 주거나 보안을 우회·침해하려는 행위
- 타인의 계정을 이용하거나 정보를 도용하는 행위
- 닉네임, 프로필 사진, 단어장 등에 불법적이거나 타인에게 불쾌감을 주는 내용을 올리는 행위
5. Moontoo Play 이용 시 유의사항
이용자는 본인이 합법적으로 보유하거나 사용할 권리가 있는 게임 파일과 BIOS 파일만 불러와야 합니다. 운영자는 상용 게임 파일이나 BIOS를 제공하지 않으며 이용자가 불러온 파일에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 부모 모드는 플레이 시간 관리를 돕는 기능이며 모든 상황에서의 제한을 보장하지 않습니다.
6. 이용자 콘텐츠
이용자가 만든 단어, 단어장 등의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 이를 저장·표시하도록 운영자에게 허용하며, 친구·그룹 등에 공유한 내용은 이용자의 책임으로 공유됩니다.
7. 지식재산권
서비스의 소프트웨어, 디자인, 수집·가공한 데이터에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 이용자는 허락 없이 복제·배포·상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다. 서비스에 포함된 오픈소스 소프트웨어에는 각각의 라이선스가 적용됩니다.
8. 이용 제한
운영자는 이 약관을 위반하거나 서비스에 피해를 주는 계정의 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 정지·삭제할 수 있습니다.
9. 면책
서비스는 현재 상태 그대로 제공되며, 운영자는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스의 중단, 데이터 손실, 외부 서비스 장애 등으로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 중요한 데이터는 이용자가 따로 백업하시기 바랍니다.
10. 약관의 변경
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 개정일과 함께 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
Terms of Service
1. Purpose and scope
These terms set the conditions for using the web services operated by Moontoo ("the Operator"): Moontoo Play, Voca, Timelines and www.moontoo.org. By using the services you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
Several services can be accessed with one Moontoo account. You must provide accurate information, keep your account and password secure, and notify the Operator promptly if you learn of unauthorized use.
3. Providing and changing the services
The Operator may add, change or discontinue features. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages. Some services may be in beta.
4. Your responsibilities
You must not:
- violate laws or the rights of others
- place excessive load on the services or servers, or try to bypass or breach security
- use another person's account or misuse their information
- post unlawful or offensive content in nicknames, profile photos, wordbooks or similar
5. Using Moontoo Play
You may load only game files and BIOS files that you lawfully own or have the right to use. The Operator does not provide commercial game files or BIOS files, and you are responsible for files you load. Parental mode helps manage play time and does not guarantee restriction in every situation.
6. Your content
You keep the rights to the words, wordbooks and other content you create. You allow the Operator to store and display it as needed to run the services, and content you share with friends or groups is shared at your own responsibility.
7. Intellectual property
Rights to the software, design and collected or processed data of the services belong to the Operator or the respective rights holders. You may not copy, distribute or commercially use them without permission. Open-source software included in the services is subject to its own licenses.
8. Restrictions
The Operator may restrict use, or suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or harm the services.
9. Disclaimer
The services are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages caused by service interruption, data loss or failures of external services. Please back up important data yourself.
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the revised version will be posted on this page together with its revision date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
