개인정보처리방침

1. 적용 범위

이 방침은 Moontoo(이하 "운영자")가 운영하는 웹 서비스(www.moontoo.org, Moontoo Play, Voca, Timelines)에 적용됩니다.

2. 수집하는 정보

계정 정보: 이메일, 아이디(사용자명), 비밀번호. 비밀번호는 로그인 시스템(Keycloak)에 해시 형태로 저장됩니다. 일부 계정에는 2차 인증(MFA) 설정 정보가 함께 저장될 수 있습니다.

서비스 이용 중 생성되는 정보:

  • Moontoo Play: 로그인한 경우 게임 저장 데이터(저장 파일, 상태 저장). 부모 모드를 쓰는 경우 자녀 프로필 별명, 허용 시간표, 날짜별 사용 시간 합계, 부모 PIN(원문이 아닌 해시)만 저장하며, 나이·생년월일·기기 식별자·게임 이름은 수집하지 않습니다.
  • Voca: 닉네임, 프로필 사진(설정한 경우), 직접 만든 단어와 단어장, 학습 진행·게임 기록·오답 노트, 친구·그룹·공유 관계.
  • Timelines: 열람에는 로그인이 필요하지 않으며, 별도의 이용자 데이터 테이블을 두지 않습니다.

접속 기록: 서비스 제공과 보안·장애 대응을 위해 웹 서버에 접속 시각, IP 주소, 요청 주소, 브라우저 정보 등이 기록될 수 있습니다.

이 사이트(www.moontoo.org)는 이용자 정보를 수집하는 입력 양식이 없고 분석·광고 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 이용 목적

4. 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소

로그인을 위해 인증 서버(Keycloak) 세션 쿠키와, 인증 게이트웨이가 설정하는 기기 식별용 쿠키(HttpOnly)가 사용됩니다. 광고나 행동 추적 목적의 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.

브라우저 저장소(localStorage, IndexedDB)에는 언어·테마 같은 화면 설정, 필터 상태가 저장되며, Moontoo Play에서는 조작·화면 설정과 로컬 게임 저장 데이터가 저장됩니다.

Moontoo Play에서 이용자가 불러온 게임 파일과 BIOS 파일은 이용자의 브라우저에만 보관되며 서버로 업로드하지 않습니다.

브라우저 설정에서 쿠키와 저장소를 삭제할 수 있으나, 삭제하면 로그인이 풀리거나 로컬 저장 데이터가 사라질 수 있습니다.

5. 제3자 제공과 외부 서비스

운영자는 법령에 근거한 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고 이용자 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

Moontoo Play는 에뮬레이터 구성요소 일부를 외부 CDN에서 내려받을 수 있으며, 이때 이용자의 IP 주소 등 접속 정보가 해당 CDN 사업자에게 전달될 수 있습니다.

6. 보관과 삭제

정보는 운영자가 관리하는 서버(데이터베이스)에 보관되며, 계정을 유지하는 동안 보관합니다. 로그인 시스템의 가입·계정 삭제 이벤트 기록은 30일 후 만료됩니다.

이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있으며 계정 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 요청 방법은 아래 문의 항목(안내된 경우)을 따릅니다. 부모 모드 정보는 서비스 안에서 직접 전체 삭제할 수 있으며, 이 경우 게임 저장 데이터는 삭제되지 않습니다.

7. 안전성 확보

전송 구간은 HTTPS로 보호하고, 비밀번호는 해시로 저장하며, 관리 기능은 관리자 계정으로 제한하고 관리자 계정에는 2차 인증을 적용합니다.

8. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 개정일과 함께 게시합니다.

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the web services operated by Moontoo ("the Operator"): www.moontoo.org, Moontoo Play, Voca and Timelines.

2. Information we collect

Account information: email address, username and password. Passwords are stored as hashes in the sign-in system (Keycloak). For some accounts, multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings are also stored.

Information created while you use the services:

  • Moontoo Play: when signed in, game save data (save files and save states). If you use parental mode, only the child profile nickname, allowed schedule, daily total usage time and the parent PIN (as a hash, not the original) are stored; we do not collect age, date of birth, device identifiers or game names.
  • Voca: nickname, profile photo (if you set one), words and wordbooks you create, study progress, game records, wrong-answer notes, and friend, group and sharing relationships.
  • Timelines: sign-in is not required to browse, and no separate user data table is kept.

Access logs: for service delivery, security and troubleshooting, web servers may record the access time, IP address, requested address and browser information.

This site (www.moontoo.org) has no input forms that collect user information and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

3. Purposes

  • Sign-in and account identification
  • Providing each service's features and keeping your saved data
  • Security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting
  • Responding to inquiries

4. Cookies and browser storage

For sign-in, a session cookie of the authentication server (Keycloak) and a device cookie (HttpOnly) set by the authentication gateway are used. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.

Browser storage (localStorage, IndexedDB) holds display settings such as language and theme and filter state; Moontoo Play also stores control and display settings and local game save data.

Game files and BIOS files that you load in Moontoo Play stay in your browser only and are not uploaded to the server.

You can delete cookies and storage in your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or remove locally stored save data.

5. Third parties and external services

The Operator does not provide your information to third parties except where required by law.

Moontoo Play may download some emulator components from an external CDN; in that case your IP address and other connection information may be passed to that CDN provider.

6. Retention and deletion

Information is kept in databases on servers managed by the Operator for as long as your account exists. Sign-in system records of registration and account-deletion events expire after 30 days.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your information, and an account deletion request will be handled without undue delay. Follow the contact method below (when provided). Parental mode data can be fully deleted from within the service; game save data is not deleted by this.

7. Security

Transport is protected with HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, and administrative functions are limited to administrator accounts, which are subject to multi-factor authentication.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page together with its revision date.
